Every install is flat-rate. The price you see is the price you pay. It includes the unit, install labor, permit, code-required parts (seismic strap, expansion tank, etc.), and old-unit haul-away. The only thing that changes the price is if you add an addon at checkout.
How fast can you install?
Most water heater and furnace installs happen the next day. Heat pumps usually within the week. If you need it today, pick the same-day premium at checkout where available.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and handle every interaction with the city. You do nothing.
What is covered by the workmanship warranty?
If anything we installed fails because of how we installed it (leaking connection, wrong vent, loose strap), we come back and fix it on our dime for the full warranty period of the tier you picked. Equipment defects are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Pacific Comfort is licensed in Washington (#PACFCC*123XX), bonded, and carries $2M general liability plus full workers comp. License and insurance certificates available on request.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with Wisetack for 0% APR for 12 months on installs over $1,500 (subject to credit approval). The option appears at checkout. Apply in 60 seconds, no impact to your credit score to check.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Seattle and surrounding communities: Ballard, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, West Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Federal Way, Tacoma. Outside this area, give us a call.
What if I am not sure which unit I need?
Two options. Use the Talk to a Comfort Advisor link at the top of the page (chat or call, either works), or book the $149 in-home diagnostic. The $149 gets credited back if you book any install with us within 30 days.
